Ingredient (serves four) 1. Red rice – 250 gm 2. Milk – 1 litre 3. Desi ghee – 50 gm 4. Sugar – to taste 5. Kishmish (Resin) – 20 gm 6. Cashew – 20 gm 7. Coconut – 20 gm
Preparation 1. Soak rice in water for 2-3 hours prior to cook. Remove excess water after soaking. 2. Put desi ghee in a pan and heat it properly. 3. Now fry rice in it on low flame for 10-15 minutes. 4. Add milk and cook with continuous stirring. 5. Put sugar, kishmish, cashew nut and further cook it. 6. Finally sprinkle coconut on top before serving.
