A2 Bilona Gir Cow’s Ghee, UP

Made from pure #A2milk of #Gir Cows by our SPK farmer of Uttar Pradesh. The Ghee is made as per traditional (#Vedic) process of  making Curd, churned  (Bilona) to separate and collect Butter from Buttermilk and then heated to make Ghee. This process uses #cultured Butter and not Cream as used by some manufacturers of Ghee.
