Description

Sona Moti is a rich and nutty flavoured ancient wheat variety. Its grains are small round like pearl (Moti) with higher contents of folic acid. It has a very low GI. We provide flour milled to order for optimum flavour, nutrition, and performance. High in #fibre with low #gluten from farmers following SPK , cow based farming techniques without synthetic chemicals.

This wheat makes brown flour, full of micronutrients, antioxidants and is rich in dietary fibre which helps in weight loss and strengthening immune system.
