Emmer, known as Khapli in India is a Fibre Rich ancient wheat variety with lower gluten levels. It has a rich and nutty flavour. JaivikFood  has been pioneer in  promoting Khapli wheat in Delhi NCR since 2016. We provide  wholegrain flour milled to order for optimum flavour, nutrition, and performance.  The wheat grains are procured  from farmers  from Maharashtra and Karnataka following SPK , cow based farming without synthetic chemicals.

Khapli wheat makes brown flour and is rich in fibre with low Glycemic Index with weaker Gluten molecular structure.
